Miki’s fitness journey began with a love of movement, which naturally led him into the gym. His passion for serving others and helping them grow – physically and mentally – inspired Miki to become a personal trainer.
To those starting their fitness journey, Miki’s advice is simple: just start! Don’t wait until everything is perfectly planned – treat your health journey as a learning process.
Miki’s training style focuses on intensity over volume, with a structured approach built around progressive overload. Once the technique is nailed, it’s time to level up.
Outside of the gym, Miki enjoys playing guitar, mentoring youth, studying, developing his social skills, and serving God.
