Jake fitness journey began at 19 when he realised his health wasn’t heading in the right direction. After navigating years of trial and error – and sifting through all the noise online – he became passionate about cutting through the fluff to help others get results with solid, effective training. Along the way, Jake discovered his love for teaching and has been doing it ever since.

To those starting their fitness journey, Jake says don’t be afraid to fail – it’s how progress starts. Track everything you do and use it to improve!

Jake’s training style is smart and purposeful, designed to hit goals without skimping on intensity or effort.

Outside the gym, you’ll find Jake hiking, riding (both road and dirt), or immersed in music.
