Abbey got into fitness at 17 after finishing dance, turning to the gym to stay active – and never looked back. She quickly fell in love with strength training and the progress that came with it. Becoming a PT was a natural step to share that passion, especially with women. Abbey’s driven to help others feel strong and confident, and to create the welcoming gym environment she wishes she had when starting out.
To those starting their fitness journey, Abbey’s advice is simple: stop waiting for the perfect time to start! Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
Abbey’s training style is strength-focused, simple, and tailored to each individual – but most importantly, it’s fun!
When Abbey’s not coaching, you’ll find her at the beach, camping, or enjoying good food.
