Holly first got into fitness after hiring a coach to help her lose weight and build a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. That journey not only transformed her physical health and energy levels but also sparked a genuine love for training and its impact on overall wellbeing. Inspired by her experience, Holly became a personal trainer to help others do the same – through education, consistency, and support. What she loves most is being that steady source of motivation and encouragement for her clients.
To those starting their fitness journey, Holly’s advice is to keep it simple and stay consistent. Small changes lead to big results over time! Her top tips are move regularly, sleep well, hydrate, and fuel your body.
Holly’s training style blends hypertrophy with cardio to help clients lose weight while building strength, muscle, and endurance.
Outside the gym, you’ll find Holly camping down south in summer and up in Broome during winter.

An eagle because they have complete freedom to fly wherever they want and experience the best views. They’re also at the top of the food chain, so they lead a pretty stress-free life!
