Jack’s fitness journey started with sports from a young age and a curiosity for the science behind training. That passion evolved into a career where he could help others build their dream bodies, boost their confidence, and improve performance – whether for daily life or specific activities. For Jack, seeing people hit their goals is what makes being a PT so rewarding.
To those starting their fitness journey, Jack’s top tips are focus on form and intensity, leace your ego at the door and be intentional with every session.
Jack’s training style is adaptable and client-focused. He works with people from all walks of life – teens to seniors – creating customised plans that suit their goals, lifestyle, and ability. He prides himself on helping clients stay accountable and push for results.
Outside the gym, Jack’s usually on the golf course or enjoying a game of footy.
