Maddi grew up in a super active family and has been into sport from day one – she’s even won national titles and competed for Australia at the World Titles in America. Her passion for fitness and love of achieving goals naturally led her to become a personal trainer. Now, Maddi gets to help others realise that with the right mindset, anything’s possible.
To those starting their fitness journey, Maddi’s advice is simple: it’s day one or one day – everyone starts somewhere!
Maddi’s training style is results-focused and personalised, combining structure with flexibility. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or performance, she tailors every session to suit the individual and makes sure they understand the “why” behind what they’re doing. She’s all about support, accountability, and sustainable progress.
Outside the gym, Maddi loves travelling, beach days, and catching up with friends and family.
