“Just turn up!” 

Eros found his way into the fitness world after retiring from professional sport, moving into a head trainer role at a kickboxing gym. His love for being fit and healthy made the transition to becoming a PT easy. Eros sees the gym as his happy place – a space to offload and de-stress.  

To those starting their fitness journey, Eros’s advice is simple: just turn up! Showing up is the first – and most important – step.  

Eros’s coaching style is rooted in holistic health. He’s all about motivating clients to become the best version of themselves.   

Outside the gym, Eros enjoys martial arts, playing golf, and hunting down the perfect cup of coffee.
