“There’s no perfect time to start, so just start!” 

Sarah’s fitness journey began after a string of sports-related injuries pushed her to explore a new way of training. Through rehab and recovery, she discovered a love for the gym, weight training, and understanding how the body works. From half marathons and triathlons to national-level powerlifting and bodybuilding, Sarah thrives on both physical and mental challenges. With years of experience as a PT, Sarah loves helping others grow – not just physically, but in confidence and resilience too. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Sarah’s advice is simple: do it for yourself! There’s no perfect starting point, so just start. 

Sarah’s training style focuses on movement and technique. With a background in massage therapy, she’s all about creating a strong foundation before layering on intensity. 

Outside the gym, you’ll find Sarah with her three cats, out exploring, or spending time with her partner and friends.
