As a trainer, Anjali brings a warm, supportive, and high-energy presence to every session. She’s known for creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment where clients of all levels feel seen, encouraged, and challenged – and always have fun along the way!

Her coaching style blends hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, functional training, and boxing, all tailored to suit each client’s unique goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost your confidence, or simply feel better in your own skin, Anjali provides the perfect balance of structure, support, and accountability every step of the way.
